Christmas Trees Sydney is pleased to offer an optional Post-Christmas Christmas Tree Collection Service.
January Collection Service
Our post-Christmas collection service is available during the month of January, subject to availability.
Customers must book their collection in advance.
The collection service is an additional paid service and is not included in the original purchase price of the Christmas tree unless otherwise stated.
Collection Requirements
Before our collection team arrives, customers must:
- Remove all decorations, lights, hooks and other items from the tree.
- Ensure the tree is ready for collection.
- Ensure reasonable and safe access to the tree.
- Ensure the tree is located in an accessible area at the property.
- Advise us of any access issues when making the booking.
Christmas Trees Sydney will collect the tree from the agreed accessible location.
Trees should not be left in a location that creates an unsafe working environment for our collection team.
Collection Fees
The applicable January collection fee will be displayed at the time of booking or otherwise advised by Christmas Trees Sydney.
Additional fees may apply where:
- Access is difficult or unsafe
- The tree is not ready for collection
- The tree cannot be located
- The tree contains decorations or other items
- A second collection attempt is required due to circumstances within the customer’s control
Missed Collection
If our collection team attends the property and the tree is not available or reasonable access cannot be provided, a further collection fee may apply.
Trees Purchased Elsewhere
The standard Christmas Trees Sydney post-Christmas collection service is available for Christmas trees purchased directly from Christmas Trees Sydney and also customers who purchased their Christmas trees elsewhere.
Customers with trees purchased from another supplier may contact us to enquire about availability and pricing, or book online. Such requests are subject to our discretion and service availability.
Collection Period
The post-Christmas collection service is available during January only, unless otherwise agreed directly with Christmas Trees Sydney.
Christmas Trees Sydney reserves the right to limit or close bookings where our January collection capacity has been reached.
